Once again, Emily, the youngest competitor in the series history has made it through to the next round! We couldn't be more proud of this amazing young woman - Emily was the Makeup Department head for the X-Scream Halloween project for 4 years until her graduation last year. Emily is currently investigating the possibility of conducting her own Special Effects Make Up Camp at G-Star this summer - stay tuned! G-Star Thespians awarded highest honors
The G-Star acting department thespian troupe #6621 attended the District 10 Individual Events Festival at West Boca High School on Saturday December 6, 2014. 55 G-Star Students participated in multiple acting and technical theatre categories. G-Star was awarded the highest honors of the festival 4 Critic's Choice Award:


1. Micheal Burgos: Critic's Choice for Monologues
2. Rachel Martinez, Grace Givertz, Alexa Stem
    Critic's Choice for Small Group Musical
3. Ross Kaplan Critic's Choice for Playwriting
4. Gracie Givertz Critic's Choice for Solo Musical
The District 10 Individual Events Acting Scholarship was awarded to Micheal Burgos.
